Mascotland.ie provides professional mascot entertainment services for events including, but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking Process
All bookings must be requested via our website booking form, email, or phone.
A booking is considered confirmed only after we provide written confirmation (email or message).
We reserve the right to decline or cancel booking requests at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are provided upon request and may vary depending on event type, location, duration, and selected services.
Any deposit or full payment requirements will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Payments must be made according to the agreed terms to secure your booking.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Client Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Late cancellations may result in the loss of any deposit paid.
Changes to event details (date, time, location) must be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or refund where applicable.
5. Event Requirements and Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the mascot performance.
Adequate space must be available for movement and interaction.
Children must be supervised by parents or responsible adults at all times.
Mascotland.ie is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by unsafe conditions, lack of supervision, or misuse of equipment.
6. Health, Safety, and Conduct
Our performers follow safety and child-friendly interaction guidelines.
Any aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour from guests may result in the performance being paused or terminated without refund.
Mascot costumes must not be handled, pulled, or damaged by guests.
7. Photography and Media
By booking our services, you grant Mascotland.ie permission to use photos or videos taken during events for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
Personal photography by guests is permitted.
8. Liability
Mascotland.ie will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under Irish law.
9. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Mascotland.ie and may not be copied or used without permission.
